
Our Team
Pharmacist graduated from the University of Morón, with extensive experience in technical management, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, process development, and analytical validation. As Founder and Director of AMNIOSBMA, a non-governmental tissue bank, he leads the quality management system, regulatory affairs, and the development of birth tissue–derived products under GMP compliance, while actively participating in basic, applied, and translational research in regenerative medicine, with a focus on wound care and ophthalmology.
Previously at Merck Group, he served as Co-Technical Director and Head of Quality Control and Analytical Development, overseeing Microbiology, QC, and Stability laboratories for recombinant DNA technology products, and acting as the key regulatory interface with ANMAT for the successful launch of therapies such as Gonal-f®, Ovitrelle®, Saizen®, Rebif®, and Erbitux®. He also brings extensive management experience in the public healthcare sector, with a focus on primary healthcare and pharmaceutical policy under the Ministry of Health of the Province of Buenos Aires.

Biotechnologist from the National University of Quilmes and PhD in Basic Medical Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, Dr. Olea is an Independent Researcher at CONICET (IMETTyB, Favaloro University) and Professor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Favaloro University. With over 20 years of experience in cardiovascular regenerative medicine, she has led translational research programs on myocardial infarction and peripheral arterial disease, developing therapeutic strategies spanning protein-, gene-, cell-, and biomaterial-based approaches.
She is the author of more than 25 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals, recipient of 14 competitive research awards and grants, and has extensive experience supervising doctoral and postdoctoral fellows and managing complex translational projects. Her work consistently bridges preclinical validation and clinically relevant application.

Biochemist and PhD from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry at the University of Buenos Aires, with over 35 years of experience in translational research and biomedical R&D. His major areas of interest include tissue regeneration in ophthalmology, wound healing, and heart failure, with a particular focus on the development of amniotic tissue-derived products as Board Member of AMNIOSBMA.
A Principal Researcher at CONICET, he has been awarded two research fellowships in Basic Research and Ocular Immunology at Harvard Medical School, and his career is marked by over 40 publications, 200 lectures, and 5 patents.
